Hard Work is Hard Work

"Today I will do what others won't, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can't."

- Jerry Rice

There are times when you hear athletes talk about how they want it now, they deserve it now, or they think they have worked as hard, if not harder than others in practice.

For these athletes, practice tends to be the only time they find to improve and to prepare.

On the other hand, athletes with the desire to be their very best don’t talk about what they deserve or what others should reward them with.

Instead, they are constantly working, constantly doing the little things to make themselves better, and constantly making sacrifices as they strive toward mastery.

Sacrifices aren’t filled with regrets, sacrifices are fueled by an athlete’s desire to improve and perform at their very best each day.

To unlock your potential, remember to...

Work hard, be a constant student of the game, be humble, and strive to bring out the best in others so they can bring out the best in you.
