Free 20 min phone session - Getting to know you This is your opportunity to inquire about our services. *Athletes under the age if 18, I’d like to either speak with the parent first or involve both the parent and the athlete in the conversation. Please schedule a time when you are both available to chat.

Cancellation Policy

Please text or call 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged for a full session.
