1 on 1 + Skills Assessment

Service Description

This package includes (1) individual session and a detailed mental skills assessment that provides information that is sport specific. With this package, you fill out the mental skills assessment and then we schedule a time to review results and create an action plan. The mental skills assessment identifies critical performance variables that help high achievers understand how they act and react in competitive and/or high pressure situations. This assessment tool is useful for people in corporate, sport, and military settings as well.

Cancellation Policy

Please text or call 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged for a full session.
